| 2° As soon as the availability is
confirmed, you need to email us your authorization to
charge your credit card VISA or MASTER (these are the
only cards we accept) for the sum of 30.000cfp. "I, ......... (the name as on the credit card) authorize MAI MOANA ISLAND to charge my credit card VISA number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx valid till .... (expiry date) for the sum of 30.000cfp (thrity thousand cfp) as an advance payment towards my stay there from ..... till .... " For "the whole island" or "3 days in paradise" option please modify the amount for 50.000cfp.. |
| Once we have received this, we will confirm your reservation. If you cancel your reservation at least 15 days before your arrival date, we will reimburse you that sum less the bank fees which should be around 3.000cfp. In "the whole island for the two of you" or "3 days in paradise" option, the advance payment is 50.000cfp and is not reimbursable in case of cancellation. |
